Registered Massage Therapist
My name is Kam. I was born in Loel province Thailand and moved to Canada in 2004. My journey in massage began with my training at Wat Po Traditional Medical School in Bangkok where I began learning numerous traditional skills and techniques of Thai massage. Since then, my massage practice has expanded to Swedish massage, hot stone massage, myofascial release massages and many others. I customize my massage treatment for each patient so they can experience pain relief from injuries or muscle tension and enjoy relaxation. My number one priority is to ensure the safety and comfort of my clients while providing them with an excellent experience.

Thai Massage
Sometimes referred to as assisted yoga with Thai massage, you can wear the clothing we provide or your own loose-fitting clothes or yoga gear. there is no need to be fit or feel self conscious. This technique of massage is focused on improving the flow of energy throughout your body. The massage therapist will use stretching, pulling, and rocking techniques to relieve tension, promote relaxation, and improve flexibility and circulation. It relieves headaches, reduces back pain, relieves joint stiffness and pain, increases flexibility and range of motion, eases anxiety and revives energy.
Thai massage is based on the idea that energy moves through your body along predictable lines or pathways known as sens. To increase the flow of energy along the sens, the practitioner will move your body into yoga-like positions in addition to pulling and rocking your body in various ways. The combination of stretching, movement, and pressure is what distinguishes Thai massage from other types of massage and you keep your clothes on throughout the massage.
It is an ancient practice with many benefits that are supported by modern science. It may reduce the severity of your headaches, decrease lower back and joint pain, increase your flexibility, calm your anxieties, and energize your mind and body.

Hot Stone Massage Therapy
Hot stone therapy is aligned with the principles of promoting the flow of vital energy, know as āqiā, and maintaining the balance of Yin and Yang forces within the body. It is a specialty massage in which the therapist uses smooth, heated stones as a massage tool for treatment also placing them on specific points on the body. Heat has been shown to relax tight muscles, so the hot stones allow the therapist to relieve areas of muscle tension and pain, boost the immune system, reduce stress and anxiety and improve sleep.

You are mostly made up of water. Boost your post-massage recovery by drinking lots of water. It helps flush out toxins and enhances the benefits of your treatment. If you have the time take a salt water bath before or afterwards and relax.
